Vesquero Studio is an independent artistic studio based in the Netherlands. The website presents artworks and the artistic method and is not an online shop.
Artistic method
Artworks are created under human artistic direction, through selection and refinement with the aid of generative AI and digital techniques.
Information about artworks
Images, dimensions, materials and presentation examples are for illustration only. Screen colours may differ from a physical print. Final specifications are confirmed separately.
Enquiries and possible sales
An enquiry is not an order, reservation or sales agreement. Any sale or commission is agreed separately, setting out the artwork, price, material, delivery and applicable consumer rights. No purchase is completed through this website.
Images and intellectual property
Artwork images, texts and the visual identity are shown for viewing. Commercial reproduction or any other use requires permission, to the extent that rights exist in them. Copyright protection for AI-assisted elements is not guaranteed in every jurisdiction.
Consumer protection
Nothing on this website excludes mandatory consumer rights, including any statutory right of withdrawal.
Accuracy and liability
Information and availability may change. I maintain the website with care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Liability is not excluded to the extent that the law does not permit this.
Governing law
Dutch law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory protection of consumers.
